I just spent another enjoyable afternoon in your beautiful showroom in Changi South, one of many weekends I have had the pleasure to spend at your showroom in the recent months.

In my opinion, you have a range if furniture that is classic yet modern, and extremely stylish and beautiful. I am very pleased with my purchases so far, and am looking forward to your new range,

However, I think what sets your establishment apart from others, is the quality of your staff and salespersons. I am writing especially to commend Mr Steven Loh, your Retail/Export Executive, and Sally, who have been wonderful people to work with. They never fail to have a warm and friendly smile for customers, and they truly make one feel welcome to be in the showroom. They are ever on hand to be of help, yet, they do it in such a way there is no pressure on the customer to buy anything. They even remember regular customer's name which is a good surprise, but a good one.

Steven Loh had gone out of his way many times to help me with my purchases. He has been extremely attentive to detail, in spite of being very busy with other customers at times, and he has made me feel extremely happy not only with my purchases, but with the excellent service he gives with each of my visits.

He is knowledgeable about the products that I enquired about, and his advice had been invaluable in helping me to decide on what to buy.

I feel that Mr Steven Loh, and Sally, are a great asset t your company, and I would like to commend them highly.
